One of the most valuable services that Precision Polymer Products offers our customers is the ability to produce high quality, detailed single cavity prototypes with a quick turnaround. Depending on part geometry, our typical lead time for sample parts is 1 to 3 weeks. Unlike some companies who manufacture prototype molds from aluminum, all of our molds are made from high grade steel and have the ability to be run larger volumes if required.

With the nature of product development and prototyping, design changes are not uncommon. With our in-house tooling capabilities, we have the ability to efficiently make the required changes typically without affecting your product's delivery.
