LIM Injection
LIM Injection is the use of Liquid Silicion materials, which are injected into a mold, which is clamped under pressure. Typically they consist of a cold runner system to keep the material cool after it is mixed. LIM processes are sometimes designed to be Flashless using a open nozzle cold runner system.
